We understand that attending the NEURO World Retreat is a valuable investment in your brain health and well-being. To make it more accessible, once the early bird period ends, we offer a flexible payment option that allows you to spread out the cost of the retreat over four equal payments.
Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about our installment plan.
Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Absolutely! If you prefer to pay fully for the retreat at the time of registration, you are welcome to do so. Simply select the “Full Payment” option when completing your registration.
Is a payment plan available during the early bird promotion?
The payment plan is not available during the early bird promotion. To take advantage of the early bird discount, the full retreat fee must be paid at the time of registration. The installment plan will only be available after early bird pricing ends.
Can I pay for the retreat in installments after the early bird promotion?
Yes! After the early bird promotion ends, we offer a flexible payment option, which divides the total retreat fee into four equal monthly payments. This allows you to spread out the cost while securing your spot at the retreat.
Are there any additional costs with the installment plan?
After the early bird period ends, if you choose our flexible installment plan, there will be a small added cost of 5% to cover the convenience of spreading out your payments.
This means your payments will be divided into four equal monthly installments making it easier to manage while securing your spot at the retreat.
How do the installment payments work?
The total retreat fee (excluding accommodations) is divided into four equal monthly payments, which include a small added cost to account for the extended payment plan.
Your first payment is due at the time of registration, and the remaining three payments will be automatically scheduled each month.
For example, if you register in November 2024, your payments will be:
- First payment: Due at registration in November
- Second payment: Due in December 2024
- Third payment: Due in January 2025
- Final payment: Due in February 2025
When is the latest I can sign up to use the installment plan?
To take full advantage of the 4-month payment plan, you must register by March 2, 2025. This ensures all payments are completed by July 2, 2025, which is required for attendance. If you register after March 2, 2025, you will need to pay in full at the time of registration.
When are installment payments due?
Your first payment is due at the time of registration, and the following three payments will be due on the same date each subsequent month. For example, if you register on November 15, your second payment will be due on December 15, the third on January 15, and the final payment on February 15.
All payments must be completed no later than July 2, 2025, to secure your spot at the retreat.
What happens if I miss one installment payment?
If you miss a payment, please contact us immediately. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’ll work with you to adjust the payment schedule. However, if you fail to mak ok e arrangements with us within 10 days of the missed payment, your spot in the retreat may be at risk.
If multiple payments are missed and no resolution is reached, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. In such cases, any payments already made may be forfeited according to our cancellation policy. Remember, all installment payments must be completed by July 2, 2025 to attend the retreat.
What happens if I miss multiple payments?
If you miss more than one payment or fail to contact us within 10 days after a missed payment, we may cancel your registration. In this case, any previous payments made may be forfeited as outlined in our cancellation policy.
To avoid cancellation, we strongly recommend contacting us immediately if you anticipate any difficulties with your payments so we can find a solution that works for you.
Can I adjust the payment schedule if needed?
We understand that unexpected financial situations can arise. If you need to adjust your payment schedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a flexible solution. However, all payments must still be completed by July 2, 2025.
How do I make the payments?
Payments are made through our secure online portal, which accepts all major credit cards. When you register for the retreat, you’ll input your payment information, and each installment will be automatically charged on the due date.
What if I want to cancel my registration after making installment payments?

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I cannot attend?
Yes, if you are unable to attend but wish to transfer your spot to another person, you may do so:
- More than 60 days before the retreat: You can transfer your registration for a $150 administrative fee, provided you notify us in writing.
- Less than 60 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, no transfers are allowed within 60 days of the retreat.
